On May 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM, our church community warmly welcomed our new Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Anil Prakash Dsilva. The event began with a heartfelt reception at the church entrance, followed by a solemn procession into the church. Our current Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Jagadish Pinto, led the proceedings, symbolically handing over the stole and the Holy Gospel to Fr. Anil Prakash Dsilva, who then read a verse, marking his formal induction.

The ceremony was attended by the head of Puttur Deanery, Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenes, representing the bishop, along with priests from both Puttur and Kasaragod deaneries. Parishioners from Kumbla and Kokkada parishes also graced the occasion, demonstrating their support and unity.
